Catawba Landcare invites you to this seminar on local foods. Speakers include Joell Eifert and Rob Williams with Virginia Cooperative Extension and the Department of Food Science and Technology at Virginia Tech.

Also in attendance to answer questions: Steve Garman, USDA Meat Inspector, Barry Jones, Regional Supervisor for the Virginia Department of Agriculture and Consumer Services, and Dr. Dougherty, Director of the Business Technology Center.
